When I tried it the navigation an browsing was fast. This actually has a user manual which will guide you and gives you an overview about the tv box content.
The accessories included are remote control, hdmi cable, power adapter, user manual and the Android Tv Box.
This has some pre-installed apps and if you wanna add some more apps, it's easy to install. Go to the web browser in the tv box and download the apk file and install from the app installer. Or use your usb flash drive and download the apk file from your computer and hook up your usb flash drive to your tv box and install it through apk installer.
I would suggest reading the user's manual first if you're a first time Android tv box user coz it really would help.
