This Tictid M9C max Android 6.0 Marshmallow is preloaded with many apps except KODI. I think they didn't install KODI to give customers an option whether to install it or not. Kodi is a heavy file though when it is fully loaded with apps which makes the performance of the tv box slower.

Don't worry if you want Kodi with it, it's pretty easy to install it. You can install it through the app installer by downloading it through the web browser app which is pre-installed in this tv box, or you can use a usb flash drive by downloading the apk file of Kodi and install it on your tv box.

There is a useful app which is MOBDRO where you can also watch live channels. There are many things you can do with this tv box. You can even watch youtube videos, check your facebook etc.

The CPU is Amlogic S905X Quad Core ARM Cortex-A53 CPU up to 2GHz, and has the latest Android 6.0 OS. This actually has faster navigation and loading.

The package includes the android tv box, hdmi cable, power adapter, remote control and user guide. Mind you that user guide only tells you how to connect this to the internet and how to upgrade it. There's no instructions about app installation. As far as I know all android tv boxes are like that.
