SPE Bias lighting led multi color lights for tv

When i receive this it was in a small packet, and i thought i expect less of it. But when i turned it on, i was surprised about the features it has. It has a control panel with buttons where you can change the color and modes of lighting. It has green, blue, red, white colors.

This has a 3m adhesive on its back part which you use to stick on the back of the tv.
