This is built to be waterproof which is designed for outdoor activities. The description says it is for swimming but I doubt it because of the earphone plug  port which might be permeable with water. I would say I would use it in leisure swim but not in swimming exercise like lapse swimming.
The Package comes with extra 2 pairs of air buds, user manual, usb cable, waterproof headphones with ear hooks. This has 8gb storage capacity. There are 3 buttons. the - + and play button in the middle. Long press -+ for volume control and press once -+ buttons for next and previous music. The middle play button is to pause the music, turn on and off the player.
